The trial is looking at whether there are differences post-discharge in participation in daily activities, as well as rates of readmission to hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The HOME Rehab Trial is a 4-year study, funded by NHMRC and administered by Monash University. A total of 360 patients will be recruited over a 3-year period commencing in 2018. Participants will be recruited from rehabilitation sites across Australia.
